A Club Rebuilt and Moving Forward
Ahead of the 2025–26 season, a new volunteer committee was formed to secure the long‑term future of the club. Since then, Tor FC has stabilised, strengthened its foundations and gone from strength to strength both on and off the pitch.
This renewed structure has allowed the club to:
Re‑establish strong governance and organisation
Maintain a competitive first team in Division One
Rebuild its player base and club culture
Create a platform for sustainable growth in future seasons
The committee remains fully volunteer‑led and is always keen to hear from anyone interested in helping to shape the club’s future.
Football and Ambition
Tor FC currently competes in Yeovil and District League Division One, facing well‑established local sides across Somerset and Dorset.
While results are an important part of any football club, Tor FC’s wider ambition is clear:
To be a stable, sustainable grassroots club
To attract committed players who want competitive football
To continue developing the club on and off the pitch
To build strong relationships with sponsors, grant providers and local partners
The club sees Victoria Sports and Social Club as a key long‑term partner in achieving these aims.
Training
Tor FC trains weekly on Thursday evenings, with venues changing seasonally to make best use of facilities:

As a grassroots club, Tor FC relies heavily on the support of:
